Hi, I’m Trisha. I’m the artist, veteran, and creator behind Koselig Bjorn. My path to this work has been anything but ordinary. I’ve worn many hats over the years, but art is the place I always find myself returning to.

Koselig Bjorn was born from that love of creating and from the Norwegian word koselig, which describes a feeling of warmth, comfort, and connection. It is about slowing down, finding joy in the small details, and making space for what feels genuine.

The name Bjorn comes from the Norwegian word Bjørn, meaning “bear.” While it is traditionally written with an ø, I’ve chosen a simplified version to keep it approachable and easy to connect with, while still honoring my roots.

Today, Koselig Bjorn creates custom pieces, branded goods, and creative experiences that celebrate craftsmanship, curiosity, and individuality.

Each piece I create celebrates what makes both people and natural materials unique. It might be the subtle shifts in wood grain, the texture of stone, or the imperfect line that gives a design its character. No two creations are ever exactly alike, and that is part of the beauty.

Whether you discover something ready-made, ask for a custom piece, or join a workshop to create something of your own, my hope is that my work reminds you that creativity does not have to be perfect to be meaningful. Sometimes the imperfections are what make something truly special.
